Hello! We’re Natacha and Natalie the co-founders of Refined to Thrive Consulting, a one-stop agency that provides tailored solutions to students and job-seeking professionals. Through resume writing, career coaching, and other services, we help clients better position themselves for the roles they desire and assist them in overcoming self-limiting beliefs to be empowered to pursue their passions and purpose.
Through a variety of packages and individualized services we provide actionable steps and valuable resources to assist in navigating the job market, managing career development, and academic pursuits. We are able to provide a range of professional development tools to diverse audiences.

Natacha L.
Natacha is the co-Founder and CEO of Refined to Thrive and is passionate about helping people land jobs that fit their skills and passions. She believes that everyone should love what they do and thrive in their industry. Natacha’s education coupled with her professional experience in both healthcare and medical technology have given her the skills to become a results-oriented manager who seeks to empower and collaborate with others. She is experienced with helping others develop their talents, crafting effective professional documents, and providing insightful interview prep. In her spare time, Natacha enjoys reading, mentoring young people, traveling, and experimenting with vegan recipes.
Natalie P.
Natalie is the co-Founder and COO of Refined to Thrive whose main focus is on career growth and development. Natalie is an avid learner and has professional experience in organizational change and professional development. Natalie’s coaching style seeks to rebuild and restore employee confidence by recognizing the whole person. Natalie helps people who feel stuck in their careers to either find fulfillment or move on to another opportunity with greater satisfaction and financial reward. During her free time, Natalie is an advocate for youth ministries, community organizing, and international travel.
